create my own smtp server for spear phishing ?

Hello everyone, I have a question, I am planning to spear phishing employees of a company,
the thing is that I wanted to know if it is better to create my entire infrastructure from scratch, configuring my own SMTP server and a domain,
or is it better to hire a service? from spear phishing already created previously by someone else

Build your own infrastructure but dont use your own smtp.
Better to mass scan and search for secrets for email sending providers as twillio or aws.
