Capturing data from a ticketing website

There is a music festival that takes place annually and attracts big crowds, individuals attending the festival pay through the Festivals website. I want to get data of people that will be attending since you are required to enter a phone number or email while paying for a ticket. How can I get this info from the website? Is there a way to capture info from everyone buying the tickets?
