example if you run shopify or any another platform you can hit with credit card but it can be fraud detect then you losse time
if you have good cc you can try that but free cc its a little hard to do that

idk , i work only 2-3-4 year ago,ecoador,argentina,bolivia,venezulea , and jump non vbv , know i never work , because all non vbv is usa,and me don`t work usa,so sry , i can not help you.person who spam and work usa,know what is bin non vbv,some bin need to call bank restricted,and remove this.
