Routers Hacking Router Device to Get a Specific Country IP Adresse

Hi everyone
there is some website allow just local IP address to access it , local IP means for example a Moroccan web application allows just moroccan ip to access , and at this case you need a mooroccan IP, and not all VPN software provide it , so there is another why is to hack a Moroccan routers that support VPN services like fortinet ,peplink ,microtik ....
so can you help me by provide any idea or a good exploit to hack this devices and if have a moroccan hacked device "IP:USER:PASS"

google for "country ip lists" or "iptables block country subnets" and find all Moroccan IP subnets, then install masscan or Zmap and scan those subnets for ports 80 and 443 downloading the HTML code, and scans ports 22 and 23 downloading the "banner", so you will be able to find routers by looking at the banner and/or at the HTML, then bruteforce the suitable results, default credentials like "admin:admin" should work at least on some routers
