What is the difference between using cc on a phone compared to a computer? Is the rate of passing cc through the phone more than the computer? I have seen something like this before, I wanted to write here, if anyone has information, please share it.

i have a lot more success ordering online, entering an incorrect detail that won't kill the order, then correcting it over the phone.
i typically just register a voip account and connect to a vpn. on rare occasions it can be useful to spoof, but i've only ever found the need to do it a handful of times. you have to sound confident because i've had a rep hang up on me before when i was caught off guard by their call to verify details.
making an order entirely over the phone usually brought on questions as to why i don't use their online platform. there are times where it is useful like with big box stores and specialized tools, in which case i always called with questions regarding what i was looking for and let them lead me to the specific product. i find it helped bypass their fraud department well.
i'm happy to answer any specific questions if you have about it. i found if done well, it is can be more successful than online ordering for the right target.

What do I need to change before I start working with the phone (spoofing, imei etc...)? And do you recommend any brands?
depends how you go about it. my typical setup was:
burner android phone => public wifi => socks5 => prepaid cc => voip number ...
burner android phone => public wifi => socks5 => sip phone => call
don't use voip services that require you to install an app to use their number, like textfree.
obviously never register/log into your voip provider without a vpn/socks5.
never connect to your socks5 before being connected to your public wifi. never connect to the public wifi before being on your disposable VM. never log into any real life accounts from either and never call any real life numbers from any voip number used.
only spoof when they will not call back after an order or to confirm an order. spoofing only prevents them knowing the real calling cid number and which voip service was used. if you don't spoof, dont reuse numbers after an order unless it's immediately reused after ordering. instead, make a new account for a new number with a new prepaid or go to a new voip provider.
