Considering partnership % with spammer for phishing campaign

My apologies if this is not in the correct location, I am new on xss. I had a conversation with a spammer earlier about helping my teams phishing project. He said something that I wanted to verify if this is true or not. He said...
"Most essential items for spamming are

• Hosting
• Scampage
• Leads
• Sender"

Is this accurate? Also what is a sender? He said that was the most important and expensive piece.

sender is what you use for sending email or sms campaigns.
but if you don't know this things..leave to the spammer because with no knowledge in 2024 is very hard to start something, chose the partnership and youdo the cashouts.
you could add antibots and GEO filters wich are esentials in spaming now.
