I'm looking for a spammer who can spoof sender to target inbox outlook/office (bypass spf,dkim), I'm not looking to spam mass mail but to target a hundred mails max.

is this a phishing thing, or just a mail delivering thing ? to the outlook inbox, and if it is a phishing thing is your page online already or spammer will be setting up the page ? and finally how much you pay ? cause it seems like you paying only for results, would most mean you going to put a deposit online or something ?
