Taxes are shit and don't help. Mostly people get to the approved/accepted state, not further. Plus eventually the refund will be sent as a stimulus check. The third year trying to get at least one refund, tried also idme, the pin, nothing helps. Eventually you can only do is to kidnap the drop and ask him to cash for you the treasury check.
