Silent miner uploaded to wordpress

Can someone help me get a silent miner uploaded to a wp site that i have ssh root access to?

yes, im a noob to this side of things and is my first site i hacked ssh access. i apologize for maybe this being an elementary question.

And as i stated earlier, excuse my ignorance on the topic of wordpress administration.
I am trying to put a backdoor in to secure future access, then maybe a miner or oh snap.....maybe even ransomware? its a dentist office but i have no idea where to start installing ransomware


i included all of the above thinking it might help who ever may have time to help me a bit. i logged into sftp and looked around but.....yeah...help! lol
