Hello, you should contact our live chat support. We doubt its a DNS leak, but rather wrong configuration from your side, instead of sticky you probably use rotating.

LightningProxies you need add support auth of proxy, or add support of netmask(i need /16 subnet to add, but you allow only 1 IP) of auth IP, or add much IP to access, because now i need configure much servers to forward packets over 1 IP

i can understand your concern but i think on xss having multiple accounts if hard asf so this only verification is enough
