Amount 250 USD (already in forum guarant)

I make the deal with CryptoSeedManiac and he is ready to provide me working regchecker of blockchain.com for 250USD. First he told me its ready so i put money in forum guarant and after that he send me a (raw) text file and told me to compile it over Visual studio (its not come under working software defination), but i check the code and i found its just smtp checker not blockchain.com regchecker.
When i ask him about this he told me he make it in python and need another 4 hour, which i agree. but after 4 hour later he send me a python file (again smtp checker) not blockchain checker. He fail to deliver the working regchecker (software) of blockchain.com. I lost my time and guarant commission too. I call off this deal and request Admin to take appropriate action.
If Admin wants to see the chat log and the files which CryptoSeedManiac send me, i send it to Admin.

I need working software not raw code and the software must work as per our deal(which i also mentioned over chat and in guarant terms) not something else.
The chat screenshot you mentioned above is 9 hour before when you ask more time to complete it but still i could not receive it which is working as per our terms.

До завершения софта на Пайтон мне нужно немного больше времени , покупатель отказывается ждать . прошу вернуть ему деньги .
Мое софт был на java, но он не умеет им пользоваться

Seems you have lack of understanding. you send me raw text file and wanted me to complie it by myself. which is not fit under the defination of working software. Another thing is i need blockchain regchecker. while you send me smtp checker not blockchain. After all this i give you more time (9 hour to complete it) which is still incomplete. You just watse my time.

бро я не собираюсь ругаться . я сказал , как вставить код в java ты не понял , а ждать когда я закончу софт на Python ты не хочешь , поэтому прошу вернуть тебе деньги
