I am guessing this service is just report spamming with bots so that social media companies automatically ban profiles until manual review / appeal where it will be unbanned as no rules are broken.
 
Заказал IG бан, оплатил названную цену, но задача оказалась невыполнимой в связи со спецификой намеченного аккаунта. Получил логические доводы о причине тупиковой ситуации, после чего селлер вернул оплату. Подход хороший.
Requested IG ban, paid asking price, however, neither of the approaches proved successful due to the specifics of the account at hand. After explaining the reasoning behind the impossibility to ban this particular acc the seller issued a refund. All good in the ethics department.

A completely unfounded accusation, I am present in all forums. All but 1 of them can complain . the important thing is the frequency of its occurrence . put this in your mind . and do not interfere with my work. it is seen that I refund the fee to customers in shipments , also all resolved. complaints are already written next to them ahahahah.
