I can crypt it for you and bypass 0/20 runtime + scantime but can't get the bypass of smart screen and becarful of scammers they will make you think smartscreen bypass is easy

have some guy crypt for me and really pass UAC and Smartscreen.
my mean, when I upload crypted file to any server and download it from browser, it's pass browser, when click open, Windows dont show UAC and Smartscreen.
