How to bypass Smartscreen/ MOTW

I've noticed my stub when executed on another PC it's blocked by Smartscreen, because there is mark-of-the-web on the file

Back then I used to put it in a RAR and extract here, it'd remove the Smartscreen message but now it doesn't work

Any fix ?

Sign it with a singing certificate.

All unsigned executables downloaded from the internet automatically get blocked by smart screen. You need to sign it or you can try changing .exe to .scr, but not a reliable bypass and i think Windows mostly patched that now.
