You ''replied'' with the same message you wrote here, it was just a general announcement, no reply. Also my server is in russia, not in the netherlands, so why is it down? I already bought a new server with another seller, not wasting my time on someone who keeps people waiting for 5 days without answer.

We are migrating all Russian servers to our other nodes. We will add extended time for Russia and Netherlands. We are working heavy behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly. My server is also in Russia and is down since 12th March. How much time it will take for migration. Around 1 week of downtime is really bad.

Повёлся на слишком хорошую цену и зря не прочитал все отзывы. На данный момент веб-хостинг и часть их сайта лежит уже 3 дня, то есть я даже не могу создать тикет. Пришлось оторваться от своего отпуска и искать другие хостинги, потому что это ужас. У нормальных сервисов таких перебоев никогда не встречал, по крайней мере если сервер падает -- можно создать тикет, а тут буквально ничего не работает.

Если вы собираетесь купить веб-хостинг думая что вы сможете накатить какие-либо расширения -- идите мимо, в их Plesk'e ничего кроме node js и Wordpress поставить нельзя.
После покупки услуги веб-хостинга вы можете прождать больше СУТОК пока он поднимется.

Далее про их абузоустойчивый веб-хостинг. Так как последние две недели +- у них перестало работать получение сертификата через встроенный в Plesk "Let's Encrypt" - я написал тикет в тех. поддержку, чтобы узнать как мне его стоит получить, ответ убил:
"If you want to use SSL. Use Cloudflare and use their nameservers for the SSL certification."
Как думаете, что будет если подключить домен к Cloudflare и полить трафик на условный стилер/дрейнер? Естественно по репортам алёрт прилетит в Cloudflare, что можно будет увидеть как на почте, так и в панели))
А после этого алёрта (в течение 48-часов) - на домене будет висеть флаг) Вы спросите "А в чем тогда смысл покупать этот абузоустойчивый веб-хост, все равно прилетит флаг от Cloudflare?", ответ -- я не знаю.
Пробовал получить SSL через freessl - какие то проблемы с веб-хостингом.
Пробовал получить SSL через прогу от Let's Encrypt - txt _ackme записи просто не видно через публичный днс

Конечно же не стоит забывать о тех. поддержке, которая ответит на ваш тикет в лучшем случае через 6 часов (вне зависимости куда вы подаёте тикет, тех. тим, биллинг тим, саппорт тим), а в худшем ответ придет через 15 часов (В БУДНИ ДНИ)

Я как клиент купивший у них более 5 доменов, максимальную подписку веб-хостинга, VPS сервак -- рекомендую МАКСИМАЛЬНО обходить стороной этот сервис, а лучше ещё всем знакомым об этом рассказать.

P.S: пока писал отзыв всё таки смог отправить тикет (пришлось прождать 15 минут судорожно пересоздавая заявки на тикет)

Hi, you need to setup your cloudflare. As you may know OUR DNS are flagged due to the nature of the things that goes on with the web hosting. Sure, our nodes was down due to all our nodes was getting DDoS this was down for 2 hours. Which it is now back up and working. If you are still having issues.
