LE can only seize your crypto stored in law abiding exchanges. They will subpoena the exchange for this and itś even possible the exchange just ignore the order, but most legitimate business will comply. If you coins are cold or in standalone wallets, there is no way they can seize it

your question does not understand - if feds have your wallet then of course they can do what they like. if you mean without controlling your wallet, then they can't do anything. well unless you fucked up somewhere

Yes he's saying exactly that you think . But here are two options . First boot a live USB Woth tails , Ubuntu or debian and second is boot VM directly from USB
