Hi, i have protonvpn and I was wondering if this vpn is anonymous because we can notice that it has servers that seem to be offshore. Thanks in advance.

exactly. or u can brute some routers and make ur own vpns from it
the safest VPN is a VPN you own
also, dont forget in which region you buy the server, and which countries u work against

not really, I believe using tor or i2p is better. And Whonix/Tails being the first to come to mind
