Lets be real all the professional knows that avcheck is just a scan time, checkzilla runtime dont work properly.
Its always better to check manually the main target should be defender as 80% of pc have no other 3rd party av so its always better to check in a dedicated server(bare metal) update the defender make changes to stop spreading the detection stats with ms and other vendors and run the exe directly if defender did not flagged then its clean in runtime and will perform good in trffic but still chrome is a headache you also need to clean the chrome to avoid detection while downloading, and last but not the least uac so for that ev signer is the solution ))
