Yes it is possible, I have done it a couple of times, depending on the banks, country and region, each with different but also similar methods, you might also need a few tools, which financial institution do you want to work with ?

2023 cashout is alittle more different in method and tools, for like USA log there's new ACH method that works using the info of the logs for secondary cashout, and for a bulk wire transfer you will need OTP from an opt bot and stuffs like that contact me on TG @Saint_duppy I do have some skills and tools we could work with, I do have my own bot for cc PayPal banks OTP etc as well.

We aggreed to useing escrow in the begining then at the last minute you ask for a % upfront and i didnt think about it twice and i blocked you.

Don't Lie . I told you to use escrow. Don't push me. When did I ever ask for advanced money? Scammers like you take suggestions from developers and then delete chats to make themselves look good.

I still have an offer: You pay the full amount through escrow. I will make and give you the software to test. If everything is okay, then you release the full payment.

I won’t give you everything upfront, only the software to test. If everything checks out, then release payment and get full software .

if agree then accept the deal.
