- It uses the (rand) crate to generate a secure key and nonce. And the aes_ctr crate to perform the AES encryption, file contents are read into memory, encrypted, and then written back to a new file with the extension (.enc).
- Added mod , this will separate the file encryption logic into a separate module, making the code more organized and reusable.

i updated Builder now it can change settings (MELT, MUTEX, ANTIVM, AUTOSTART, bottoken, chatid but clipper was too lazy so far) directly in exe file (if you also want to change Build name via exe file in Cargo.toml file instead of your name write "none" and also delete the bot token and replace the chatid with 0 in main.rs) the source code is also in the archive (I apologize if there are errors in the text, I use google translator)
