there is file name start.bat, if not you can open notepad and put inside the XSSagent.jar command to lanuch cobaltstrike loader as below:

java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -XX:ParallelGCThreads=4 -XX:+AggressiveHeap -XX:+UseParallelGC -javaagent:XSSagent.jar=f38eb3d1a335b252b58bc2acde81b542 -Duser.language=en -jar cobaltstrike.jar %*save as start.bat in same XSSloader.jar and cobaltstrike.jar and then run start.bat
