I would like to clarify the situation a little why the algorithm of the refund system was changed.

BidenCash is an aggregator platform that brings together buyers and suppliers. The objective of the site is to provide maximum autonomy, wide and convenient functionality, security of the transaction and use, both for buyers and vendors.
In order not to reveal nicknames and contacts of suppliers, a system of unique tags was introduced.
Since recently a large number of publications of purchased cards have been noticed in various telegram channels, in order to kill the card in the time allotted for verification and get a refund, I had to change the verification algorithms. But also the reason for the change in algorithms was the complaints of users that they do not have time to check the validity of the card in the previously allotted 5 minutes.
Currently, none of the checkers on the market is able to reliably determine whether the card is valid or not, the checker can show that the card is valid, but in fact just block it, and vice versa, the checker can show that the card is not valid due to poorly selected merchandise or features of the payment system, but in reality the card will be alive. Therefore, there can always be discrepancies. According to my estimates, at the moment the most accurate checkers are 4check and luxchecker, which is why BidenCash works with them.
The new verification algorithm was thought out a couple of months ago, but I perfectly understood its pros and cons, so before its implementation, a tag system for sellers and a base rating were added, due to which you can find a suitable supplier and take only his material, or based on the rating exhibited by real buyers, pick up good material.

Once again, a few words about how the return function works at the moment:
After purchasing the card, you have 12 hours to open it. There are two ways to open a card. First, you can open a card without checking it through a checker, but in this case you won?t be able to get a refund for it, the reason for this innovation was those buyers who intentionally spoil the material! The second option is to open the card through its check, if the card is valid - you will immediately receive data from it, if the card is invalid, then you will not be able to see the data, but you will receive an instant refund.

In addition to unscrupulous buyers, there are also unscrupulous suppliers, therefore, if you find the same card in another store, report it through the ticket system, providing a screenshot with the date of purchase in another store, and you will receive a refund, and an explanatory conversation will be held with the supplier, according to the results of which will be a decision on further cooperation or severance of business relations.

Refund system update

During the week of the existence of the new refund system, I concluded that the decision was not successful, but in addition to the wave of dissatisfaction on the part of buyers, I noticed that the valid base rate increased significantly.

This will weed out those who deliberately spoiled the cards and implement an algorithm that will not cause dissatisfaction among regular customers.
All users with Gold and above have the ability to send cards to a check after viewing the data for 5 minutes. This will help you to refund if the card is invalid.

Each status has a daily check limit after opening the card:
Gold - 100 checks per day
Platinum - 500 checks per day
Infinite - unlimited checks per day

If the user has used up the limit, then he can open cards in only two ways:
- Open a card without the possibility of a refund.
- Check card before opening

All users whose status is below Gold are not able to check the card after opening. Use the methods described above.

To get Gold status you need to spend $200 within a month, statuses are assigned automatically.
