I assume this has been solved.
If not, send me your client email in DM here and I will sort you out asap with a refund or the servers, whatever you want.

Very bad support, their telegram bot says they are offline all the time, each day when you write a message you will get this:
Hello there!

Our team is currently offline, you can still expect a response today of course, but not instant.

It's also recommended to open a support ticket in our billing:
I just paid 125 eur for a server, got it installed and cannot connect, saying "internal error".
Using them for almost a year now, many times they just never ever answer to your support tickets or telegram support messages.
All their IP's are blacklisted and they never reply on that or fix that.
CrazyRDP , are you going to fix all this, or lose long time customers that has more then 100 servers with you?

I'm sorry about your issue. When the Telegram bot says it's offline it means there is no operator online, but your message gets handled as soon one is online.
Tickets in the billing area get resolved every day, please send me your ticket # so I can look into this.

Regarding IP's, we are announcing a IP swap soon with fresh AS & IPs.
 
Купил сервер, не подключается к нему. Зайти через встроенный VNC клиент тоже не получается, пишет wrong login. Поддержка просто пишет, что всё ок. Странная вещь.
