As in title, im looking for a good malware spreading method, also for macro builders for doc/xlsx.

for emails, try anything your target demographic might be interested in (some general ones: current politics, covid-19/covid-19 vaccines, fake "new login detected" emails, etc)
fake keygens/cracks is also a very easy and common method, but make it look real not those shitty ones you see everywhere
