yes vbv can be changes by entering zip code but these usa bins only
I believe a very long time ago you could install a vbv code by entering user information on the web and you could use that code for all transactions. You need ssn user, zip and other information. But that is no longer the case as they send OTP to the user's phone number. Each transaction receives its own code.
Do you really know your shit, can I dm for some misconfigured stores? I doubt they exist these days.
