BTC -> Nicehash -> Monero does sound like a good way to wash the cryptos. But in most EU countries cashing out big sums of fiat from Binance -> Bank is not viable since tax collector will 100% be asking questions sooner or later.

My personal advice would be to meet up face to face with people buying crypto on sites like localbitcoins. While it poses its own risks, it is still a very effective way of staying under the radar since cold hard cash doesn't leave any online traces.

I used one of exchange i found in bestchange.com. It was btc to cash eur transaction, they charged me 4%, brought money to one of east EU countrys. They provided me with pin code and phone number of currier. Got 3 btc in cash. All was superb! I didint go myself, i sent one of my kids for security reason. The funny part it took just 2 days for them to come. Quick. I see that btc exchangers from bestchange.com, have a nice network around the world these days.

you sent your kids for security reasons? Must be one hell of the father you are. :)

Very good, I used that same scheme I said in the previous post, but it was only $50k.
An exchange without KYC validation was accepting to enter credits with CVV and withdraw in BTC.
