This is why our databases do not output in encryption form but plane text.
If you like to know possible origins of the db leak use a service such as haveibeenpwned to lookup the email.

Why do you not read before asking for invitation codes? The site is very clear about it:

There are only 2 ways that one can obtain a Invitatition Key.

1. Existing verified members can generate a Invitatition Key.
2. Contacting staff with Direct Links to HQ Profiles on other friendly forums.

In my case, Refer to Option 1 (Existing verified members can generate an Invitation Key)
I think the Thread owner can generate an invitation code for me/others who have requested. (probably the easiest way)
And Option 2 I will try to send an email for application later. ?
