noted dear thank you for the feedback we are currently working on a new shop script that will change most of those issues where we will find a formula that is fair for the buyer and the seller , also in the new script each seller will deserve a different % based on his quality , it can be from 50 to 90% , same thing for buyers based on his purchases they will have tier levels that will affect their time in reporting items

at us you have 24 hours to report some of the tools and 16 hours.
the report stay opened as long buyer confirm everything is ok sir.
