SIP/VOIP Providers Which Allow Spoofing

Basically I am looking to start a panel site for customers who buy phishing live panels from me.
This would be nice to include a VOIP section which can precall them and if they enter x digits then it will transfer them to my clients.
But I would like to do it with a spoofed caller ID where possible, It does not need to be any caller ID, just as many as possible is better of course.
Multiple countries from EU countries, UK, USA, CA & AU.
I do not want to buy from you who are reselling, I can verify business documents if needed & I do not want to pay 1k for a week...
I have some sms gateways which work with sender ID for UK and others, which I will be adding to the panel aswell, which I do not mind trading for voip providers

i have tested locally with a local sip server but cannot test externally of course to numbers yet.

Yes I have seen the exact same thing. Haven't yet purchased either as I was wanting someone else to confirm or something before I was to purchase. Might have to just pull the trigger and buy.

I have now found many suppliers which allow CLI. I have purchased reseller packages from them. I can provide CLI SIP if needed.
I have setup freeswitch with them all for routing with cheapest routes selected for the necessary routes.
