Exploit.in Selling Russian Crypto Exchange

There is this sale of a Russian crypto exchange on Exploit: https://forum.exploit.in/topic/252947/

This SIMEX (Simex Global) is a Russian crypto exchange. https://www.coincarp.com/exchange/simex/, https://www.instagram.com/simex.global/?hl=en.

I reported one time that issue and the thread was removed (but user not banned). Then it posts for second time now. The point is - it is a rule that there should be a ban for that (and the thread is posted for a second time even) but still it is not applied. The user has 1 BTC deposit there but that is irrelevant - on this forum even large stealer projects were banned for that. I don't know why the Moderator there allows it and doesn't ban the user.

According to the rules the user should have been banned immediately even the first time it tried to sell it - here on this forum many such occassions even with very big stealer projects. But not only is not banned but tries to sell it again, for second time now. It's just difficult to understand why it is allowed and there is no ban.

It's funny but the Moderator there has stopped me from making comments on this thread so that's why I post here (the content there is "moderated", so Moderator must approve my content and somehow he never does).

instagram.com/simex.global/?hl=en - it seems very much Russian, doesn't it? The person there writes some lies but you can see the Russian all over their Instagram, and it is a Russian exchange and they know very well what they are selling there.

And this idiot writes there "If still problem, moderator can talk to me and will solve problem". He must have been banned the first time selling RU but somehow he will talk and solve it with Moderator! It just pisses me off because some people are really getting banned forever about that and this one is selling it for second time, and "will talk with Moderator and solve it". But the truly puzzling thing is the behavior of the Moderator in this whole situation. Why there is no ban yet? I have reported it there two times already! And you just look their Instagram - it's Russian!

И этот идиот пишет там "Если проблема все еще не решена, модератор может поговорить со мной и решить проблему". Его, должно быть, забанили в первый раз за продажу RU, но каким-то образом он поговорит и решит ее с модератором! Это просто бесит меня, потому что некоторые люди действительно получают бан навсегда из-за этого, а этот продает его во второй раз, и "поговорит с модератором и решит ее". Но по-настоящему озадачивает поведение модератора во всей этой ситуации. Почему до сих пор нет бана? Я уже дважды сообщал об этом! И вы просто посмотрите их Instagram - он русский!

Я тебе даже пример могу привести, пробив данных граждан СНГ, уже поднимали тему чтоб запретить темы с такими услугами, но всё равно они есть, например продаёшь аренду стиллера который работает на РУ машинах - бан, но свободно можешь грузить базы данных, сливов СНГ контор и сайтов

На какие мелочи закрывают глаза? Вы вообще о чём сейчас? Есть потенциально опасные и вредоносные услуги, а есть сервисы, необходимые для ежедневной безвредной работы, например, сканы или соксы. Первые строго запрещены, а второе часто нужно и совершенно не является вредоносным. Правила максимально чёткие и понятные:

I have no doubt that here they are very serious about that - you can just see how immediately even some big and famous stealer services were banned without much explanation. And on Exploit they were banned after as well.

So that's why this case so much puzzles me. It can be that the moderators there listened to some lies of this user and were not entirely aware that the exchange is RU. But I have reported it two times. And it is a million percent clear - instagram.com/simex.global/?hl=en, just see the Instagram! It is in Russian, pictures and everything! So doesn't matter they have listed some office in Estonia or USA, it's a Russian exchange. And very easy to see. So it puzzles me why in this case the Moderator there doesn't look carefully what I have reported but leaves the idiot to try to sell it even for a second time! And mind you - the first time the sample given there was 90% Russia and Ukraine users (now in the sample it is removed, but still the data for sale is sure mostly Russia and SNG, because it is a Russian exchange!). So very little excuse for the Moderator to say he didn't know - and for such a case, even with 1 BTC or 10 BTC deposit, ban shoud be ban and immediate - not like this idiot user says "If still problem, moderator can talk to me and will solve the problem." It's a serious thing.

I do have personal claims to Exploit moderation, actions and the attitude to discussing any kind of issues, but in this case they don't really matter. On most of the forums, the actions of admins or moderators are something that isn't discussed. Something like selling CIS data seems like a tricky question, because it isn't obvious how the data would be used, so it's not 100% harmful, I think. Due to this the post is still there.

• продажа любых доступов (бд, шеллы, руты, админки), за исключением микса;

"бд" which is databases. On Exploit rule about it is identical - doesn't matter how the DB will be used - though it's obvious - but still in principle even it doesn't matter.

I don't reply to idiots but for normal people. This has never been for sale all! I have indicated in the beginning of the thread to ignore the public - and the BTC-e and others are public actually and also available on this forum. It is just in the collection, because it has been collected for few years, but I have clearly indicated in the beginning of the thread that all public (like the 1KK Ledger, BTC-e and few others) should be ignored. The screenshot is for people to choose from the still private databases (the majority) and if you want to request and buy.

But again for normal people. It has been clearly said in the beginning "Ignore the public". It is just illustration. It has always been like that. Always written in the beginning of my thread.

And there has never been a discussion with anyone even about the possibility of buying from me any RU or public database. If there is such a discussion then certainly there should be a ban. The picture has always been for an illustration to choose from and then in a deal it would be described which DBs will be bought. If something public or SNG is bought then certainly there must be a ban. But here not even a discussion about such a thing has ever been with anyone. The case on Exploit is about trying to sell SIMEX - a Russian crypto exchange, there is simply nothing else there - it's the thing being sold.

But I will see now if it is possible to clear any public or others in the pictures that may cause confusion although it is not necessary since all that has been clearly stated from the beginning.

Если кому то интересно мое мнение, тто выскажусь. Это не работа по ру в чистом виде. Продают Скрипт самой биржи вывеска меняется в течении 10 минут. Поэтому ТС просто придирается . Купивший человек может настроить его под любую аудиторию и страну.
