i bought 2 rdp.

rdps are decent but support is non-existent
1 of them is down within the first hour of using (just stopped working)

opened a ticket to the support 20h ago still no response.

that's what you call 24/7 support?
today's new years too?

not even 1/7 support.

It should be fine now. I have fixed your issue as it was to do with your password that set. My apologies I looked at the wrong server in question. I have added you extra 3 days.
