ФБР снова захватывает BreachForums

Отслеживать
Ситуция похожа на цирк, причем настоящий
ФБР банит сайт, а потом его восстанавливает ШиниХантерс
Демократия конечно у них там серьезная. Ну а че - найсник неподконролен, это Китай, а хостинг можно и сменить

Потом сайт висит, потом воостанавливается
Таких игр с ФБР еще никто не видел, и не факт что игра не будет работать дальше

ШиниХантерс играет с ФБР
Интересно понаблюдать

Thanks for the update. its actually good time for all the team to quit for a while. it was fun while it lasted. I'm assuming el shiny likes to work from the shadows, and that is smart move from them like c'mon, you saw they pulled 2 big dbs from the snowflake and who knows they already sold that. lol. All we have left its wait for Usdod to come with a nice forum :D

Yes, everything about this situation is weird. Shinyhunter supposedly deleted everything and now the moderators brought up another group chat just for it to be deleted within 24 hours. I wonder what has been going on behind the scenes.

I was probably off when Armdily posted it.
Anyway, from what I've learned, Shiny (the new admin) and Kaizen are different people. Also, Kaizen was arrested two years ago, but I could be very wrong.

Sure, but to keep a domain name, someone has to pay for it, and no one will pay for it forever, not even the FBI. So the only thing you need to do is catch the domain once it expires, and that’s what they did.

The domain is paid for one year, probably from some drop bank account in Russia. End of story.

Anyway, it's good when something ends up well (if we can even use the word "good" in this scenario).

Sure, but to keep a domain name, someone has to pay for it, and no one will pay for it forever, not even the FBI. So the only thing you need to do is catch the domain once it expires, and that’s what they did.
Bro, please don't think it's something personal but I'm sure that you yourself do not understand how all of this shit works and that really all domain system is under jurisdiction of the US. If this shit would really happen - then there would be no more domain registrar as NiceNIC, not matter is it chinese, russian or mongolian. Leave these fairy tails about bulletproof domains to young niggas.

Yeah, yeah. Check also how DNS works. You can't register the same domain twice (on NiceNIC or where ever). The domain name system (DNS) relies on a central registry to avoid duplicates. Sure, you can poison DNS and use multiple other techniques. You can redirect traffic for some users, it's difficult to affect all DNS servers globally and even so, you will not be able to keep it long.

Hacking into a registrar can be a solution, but again, the same story applies: you cannot keep it long, as in the BreachForums case. I consider this "too long."
