Ценовая политика:Цена, которую я устанавливаю, не берется из воздуха и не зависит от моего настроения. Все рассчитывается на основе сложности работы, объема и рыночных условий. Чтобы было понятнее, я использую два основных варианта ценообразования:
1. Часовая оплата
Моя ставка:
70$ — для серых проектов
100$ — для черных проектов.
После получения ТЗ, я примерно оцениваю, сколько времени займет работа, и называю ориентировочную стоимость. В процессе она может немного измениться — как в большую, так и в меньшую сторону. Этот вариант подходит для проектов с неограниченным бюджетом или тех, где итоговый результат трудно предсказать (например, поиск уязвимостей или обход защиты).
2. Фиксированная цена
Этот вариант я использую для проектов с ограниченным бюджетом или тех, где задача четко прописана и понятна. В этом случае мы сразу договариваемся о фиксированной цене, которая не изменится в процессе работы.
Условия работы и гарантия:
- Передача товара: Я беру на себя полную ответственность и подтверждаю, что товар функционирует исправно (и соответствует заранее оговоренным в ТЗ нормам) на момент передачи.
- Тесты: По умолчанию я предоставляю 3 дня на тестирование после передачи продукта, это время нужно для того, чтобы выявить возможные ошибки и неточности. Но, если для тестирования нужно больше времени - без проблем, если уведомить заранее. При просроченных сроках будет открыт арбитраж.
- Ответственность после передачи: После того как товар передан и принят заказчиком, я не несу ответственности за изменения, которые произошли позже. Например, если через месяц сайт или приложение изменятся, я не обязуюсь бесплатно фиксить софт.
- Бесплатные фиксы: Если проблема с софтом возникла по моей вине, все фиксы я сделаю бесплатно. Однако если что-то изменилось на стороне клиента (например, сервер, API или внешние компоненты) - фикс будет платным.
- Доработки: Внесение изменений и доработки оплачиваются отдельно в соответствии с моей ценовой политикой.
НЕ ДЕЛАЮ: связанное с ЦП; то, что вредит критической инфраструктуре; то, что может нанести непоправимый вред обществу.

Pricing policy:The price I set is not taken out of thin air and does not depend on my mood. Everything is calculated based on the complexity of the job, volume and market conditions. To make it clearer, I use two basic pricing options:
1. Hourly payment
My rate:
$70 - for gray projects
100$ - for black projects.
After receiving the technical specification, I roughly estimate how long the work will take and give you an estimated cost. In the process, it may change slightly - both up and down. This option is suitable for projects with an unlimited budget or those where the final result is difficult to predict (for example, finding vulnerabilities or bypassing security).
2. Fixed price
I use this option for projects with a limited budget or those where the task is clearly defined and understandable. In this case, we immediately agree on a fixed price, which will not change in the process of work.
Working conditions and warranty:- Product handover: I take full responsibility and confirm that the product is functioning properly (and meets the pre-determined standards in the technical specification) at the time of handover.
- Tests: By default, I provide 3 days for testing after handing over the product, this time is necessary to identify possible errors and inaccuracies. But, if you need more time for testing - no problem if you notify me in advance. Arbitration will be opened if the deadline is missed.
- Liability after handover: Once the product is handed over and accepted by the customer, I am not responsible for changes that occur later. For example, if the website or app changes a month later, I am not obligated to fix the software for free.
- Free fixes: If the problem with the software is my fault, I will do all the fixes for free. However, if something has changed on the client side (e.g. server, API or external components) - the fix will be paid.
- Enhancements: Changes and enhancements are charged separately according to my pricing policy.
I DO NOT: CP-related; things that harm critical infrastructure; things that may cause irreparable harm to the public.
