First, I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication over the past week that's not the experience we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating this must be. Keep in mind, there was huge demands and a lot of tickets regarding to the migration and our best to migrate from IP transits after constantly getting kick off because we are a TRUE bulletproof provider. We have removed Tox, Telegram BOT and session from our support. We are going to be adding them back after hearing all the feedback. But, you can join our telegram group and do group dm and we will answer. https://t.me/anonrdpcom. We are back to being stable.

На данном тарифе за 2 дня использования не видел скорости сети выше 1-5 mbit/s, это просто ад. В моменте может быть скачок до 10 mbit с моментальной просадкой обратно.

On this plan, after 2 days of use, I haven’t seen network speeds higher than 1–5 Mbit/s — it’s just hell. Sometimes there’s a brief spike up to 10 Mbit/s, but it instantly drops back down.

Hello, thanks for your message. Just a quick note when you run a speed test, please make sure the test server is set to a location within the EU. Some servers may default to other regions, which can affect the results. Try switching to any EU-based server and see if that improves your speed readings.

Если вы не в курсе, в телеграм канал нельзя писать, а можно только читать. Было время когда контакта с вами не было вообще. Не нужно тут спихать на каке-то ваши тех. работы, я всё понимаю. Но крайний случай был последней каплей. Я больше не использую ваши услуги, вы крайне не стабильны и не отвечаете на вопросы когда это действительно нужно. Вы отвечаете только тогда, когда вам удобно, и это факт.
Я писал вам на все ваши контакты, и везде одно и тоже - тишина. Ладно бы день-два. Но более 14 дней не отвечать абполютно по ВСЕМ контактам??? Это не поддержка а издевательство.
В придачу, примерно за год использования ваших серверов у меня айпи адрес сменился как минимум 3 раза, принудительно. Это приносит большие неудобства.

I purchased the €45 package, which is slow, and any Remote Administration Tool user could lose all their bots due to unexpected and unannounced IP migration. Also they just said the migration takes few hours but it's been atleast A WHOLE DAY.

If my money is not refunded, I will file a complaint against AnonRDP.

I do not recommend them.

Just so you are aware one of our competitor was seized. We are experiencing high demand. If you joined our telegram https://t.me/anonrdpcom. You can see we said, LINUX migration will be today to do the migration. As we are also migrating infrastructure as well. Windows servers has already been migrated.
